Can we customize our own soft play package?

YES! Feel free to contact us and we can help you choose your own soft play package based on your budget and needs subject to availability.

Are delivery fees included in the price?

Yes! We offer FREE delivery if you live within a 10km radius of Kellyville, 2155. Outside of this area we will charge a delivery free depending on your location. Contact us for a price

Do you have insurance?

YES! We are covered with Public Liability, if you require a copy let us know and we can send you a copy.

Do you charge a bond?

Yes we do, this is to ensure our equipment is looked after as we take pride in our products.

Are EVA mats included?

YES! You have a choice of either white, pink, blue, grey or a combination of any and are included in every soft play package.

How long is the hire period?

Our package prices include a 4 hour hire period. Our team will set up prior to this and will return for pack up after the 4 hours. If you require a longer hire period let us know when booking and we can adjust the price accordingly.

Do you require a deposit to secure the booking?

YES! All bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your date.
